Cloudo is an AI-powered FinOps intelligence platform that helps organizations analyze and optimize their cloud spending. The Service connects to your cloud providers and uses AI to provide cost insights and recommendations.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)
Cloudo operates on a BYOK model. You provide your own API keys for AI services (such as OpenRouter) and cloud providers (such as AWS). You are responsible for the costs associated with your API usage and for ensuring your keys have appropriate permissions and security measures.
5. Data and Privacy

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cloudo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Cost optimization recommendations are suggestions only and should be evaluated before implementation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
